Meet The Doctors
Dr. Sutherland
Dr. Sutherland is a Casper native. He attended local schools graduating from NCHS. He received his undergraduate degree in English Literature from Creighton University. He studied dentistry at the University of Southern California, and graduated with a degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1987.
He is passionate about his work and keeps up-to-date on the latest advancements and education. He is also active in the charitable side of dentistry participating in the National Give Kids a Smile Day and the Donated Dental Services program.

He is married and has three children. Besides his wife and children, his other interests include golf, running and USC football.
Dr. Novotny
Dr. Ruma Novotny was raised in San Antonio, Texas. She spent a considerable amount of time following other dentists while obtaining a degree in Health Administration and Policy at Creighton University. Dr. Novotny decided to pursue a career in dentistry and attended Creighton School of Dentistry. After graduating from dental school in 2008, she returned to Texas to practice. She met her husband, Mick, who is a Casper, WY, native and the two decided to begin their journey together in Wyoming. The couple enjoy spending their time together with their two young boys and dogs. You’ll often find them spending their time outdoors with family and friends.

Dr. Novotny provides comprehensive general dentistry, including Invisalign, implant placement and treatment for sleep apnea. She understands the anxiety that patients may feel with dental treatment and strives to help them overcome it. She continues to pursue dental excellence by regularly attending dental seminars throughout the year.
Meet The Team
Andrea
Dental Hygienist
Andrea attended Sheridan College where she obtained her degree in Dental Hygiene and has over 15 years of experience in the dental field. She enjoys getting to know her patients, strives to provide individual comprehensive care, and wants every patient to have a positive experience. Andrea is married with two children. They enjoy their time with family and friends and can be found at baseball fields, camping, hunting or fishing.
Stacy
Dental Hygienist

Stacy is a UW and Sheridan College alumni with a Bachelor's of Science.
She loves spending time with her husband and daughters. Summer is her favorite season, and you will find her with friends and family enjoying hikes, kayaking, and concerts.
Dallas
Dental Hygienist
Dallas is new to Casper, WY and is loving every moment of it. She has been a hygienist for 15 years and has practiced between Wyoming and Colorado during that time. Her hope is to help create a comfortable space for patients who visit with her for treatment. When she is not spending time with her two pups, she is on the hunt for garage sales in the summer and thrifting/antique shopping in the winter. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, and is excited to see what all the state of Wyoming has to offer.
Andie
Office Manager
Andie is a graduate of the National School of Dental Assisting. She grew up on the west coast, traveling with her military family before moving to Wyoming with her daughter. She enjoys visiting the geological wonders of the US and educating herself on anything she can.

Amy
Administrative Assistant
Amy started her journey with Dr. Sutherland in 2012 as a dental assistant for 8 years. Her path has taken her many places over the years, and she is excited to return to the team with collective experience administratively and clinically. She has been a Casper resident for over 20 years, is an avid dog lover and in her spare time you can find her outside kayaking!
Holly
Dental Assistant
Holly attended dental assisting school in Arizona. She worked for a dentist for one year, then moved to Wyoming and started working with Dr. Sutherland. Her passion can be seen though her dedication of over 25 years to our patients. She values her family, likes to hunt and take bike rides.
Marina
Dental Assistant
Marina has been in our office since February 2021. She loves dentistry and helping with a variety of procedures we offer. She is a self-taught piano player and continues to play on her spare time. She also enjoys hula hooping and watching YouTube.
